Damaged or Incorrect Products If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps immediately:
- Capture clear videos and pictures of the product immediately upon delivery.
- Ensure the product packaging is clearly visible and intact in the evidence.
- Email the visuals along with complete order details to[email protected] within 24 hours of delivery.
Our team will review the submitted evidence. If approved, we will process an exchange at no additional cost and aim to resolve the issue promptly.
Refund Timeline Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be credited within 7 working days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment source. You will receive an email notification once the refund is initiated.
Exchange Option We offer exchanges as an alternative to returns. If you would like to exchange your product for a different variety, size, or flavor, please contact us. Exchanges may be processed faster and may not incur return shipping costs depending on the arrangement.
