Order Processing Timeline
- All orders placed before 12:00 pm will be processed for dispatch on the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be processed for dispatch within 24 hours.
- Orders placed on Saturday after 12:00 pm will be processed on Monday or the next working day evening.
Please note that there is no courier service, pickups, or order processing on Sundays, Government Holidays, during Festivals, or when our business is not operating. Due to the limited shelf life of our traditional medicinal products, dispatch timelines are restricted to ensure freshness.
Delivery Timelines We offer the following shipping option:
- FREE SHIPPING: Delivery within 4 to 7 Working Days from the date of dispatch.
Orders placed during festival months or peak seasons may experience delays due to stock shortages, high order volumes, overloaded shipments, or courier limitations. We appreciate your patience during such times.
Courier Partners and Tracking All deliveries are scheduled through reputed courier partners. You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.
Shipping Address Verification Please ensure that the shipping address, phone number, and delivery instructions provided during checkout are accurate. Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Liability During Transit While packaging is done under strict supervision using quality materials, we are not responsible for any breakage, loss, or theft that occurs during transit. Our liability ends once the parcel is handed over to the courier partner.
Handling Damaged or Tampered Parcels If your parcel appears damaged, tampered with, or suspicious at the time of delivery:
- You may refuse to accept the delivery.
- If accepted, please mention remarks on the POD (Proof of Delivery) before signing.
- Record a video and take photographs of the unboxing process.
This documentation will help us take necessary action with the courier service if required.
Additional Charges Additional charges such as Octroi or local taxes may apply depending on your location. These charges, if applicable, must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery. We will inform you in advance if we are aware of such charges.

- If cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued as a credit note or to the original payment method.
- If cancelled after shipment, no refund will be provided as the parcel is already in transit.
International Shipping For international customers, delivery timelines range from 1 to 3 weeksfrom the date of order confirmation. International shipments are subject to customs regulations, import duties, and local delivery partner policies. Additional clearance time may apply.
